Whether you’re seeking relaxation, improved mobility, or deeper self-connection, yoga supports overall wellbeing. Through mindful movement and breath, it helps release tension, restore balance, and cultivate a sense of peace and vitality.
We offer weekly yoga classes, giving you continuity of care and community, along your entire journey.
Pregnancy Yoga with Q&A
Our Yoga class has been designed to be a place for pregnant people to come and be able to talk about all they're experiencing, have questions answered by Bec, Holistic Midwife, and Chloe, Clinical Nutritionist and Yoga Instructor. It's a way for you to have continuity of care while you're pregnant and to set yourself up for postpartum with a safe place you can continue to come to with your new bubba.
There will be a chance to connect, reflect, and ask Bec and Chloe any questions you may have, followed by a pregnancy yoga class to help you connect deeper to your body, breath and baby.
You're welcome to join us at any stage in your pregnancy. From beginners to advanced, it doesn't matter if you've never done yoga before, it's just nice to take this time for you and to connect within. Just come as you are!
A weekly email is also sent out with all the topics discussed from the Q&A- these are filled with healthy tips for pregnancy and birth, podcast recommendations, links to products we love, books to read and so much more. Herbal organic teas provided before the class. Mats, bolsters and blocks provided, but feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer.


Mums & Bubs Yoga
Come join us for a relaxed no pressure Mum's and Bubs Yoga on Thursday mornings at 9:30am. A morning of connection and movement for Mums and little ones.
From beginners to advanced, it doesn't matter if you've never done yoga before or you have to tend to your bubba during the class, it's just nice to get out of the house and be together. Just come as you are.
Herbal organic teas, yoga mats, bolsters and blocks provided, but feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer. Please no prams.
Yoga Flow
Our open to all Yoga class has been designed to be a place for you to find ease and flow in your body and mind, and reconnect within. Nourish the nervous system with a restorative hatha style class.
You're welcome to join us no matter how experienced you are. From beginners to advanced, it doesn't matter if you've never done yoga before, it's just nice to take this time for you and to move your body. Just come as you are!
