Spinal Flow Pregnancy

Support your changing body and prepare for birth ↓

“Our spine and nervous system serve as the master controller of the body,

but stress can disrupt the healthy flow of messages between the brain and the organs.

By connecting with the life force within, the body has the opportunity to release these

blockages of stored stress and imbalance.”

~ Bec Fagan

What is

Spinal Flow Pregnancy

Spinal Flow during pregnancy supports the body’s natural ability to adapt, heal, and thrive. By gently releasing spinal blockages caused by physical, emotional, and chemical stress, it enhances nervous system function, promoting relaxation, and overall wellbeing. This technique helps you to feel more balanced, comfortable, and prepared for birth.

Spinal flow can assist with Pre-conception and fertility wellbeing.

Spinal Flow in pregnancy assists to bring greater ease and flow into your growing body, recognising that stress and trauma held in your body may prevent the expansion and opening required for you to birth with ease.

Spinal Flow is recommended throughout your entire pregnancy to assist with reducing unnecessary fear and anxiety about birth and parenting.

Allow you to feel more connected to who you truly are inside. Allow your body to expand and grow with comfort and ease and dedicate time to feel and embody a state of wellbeing for both your benefit and also the benefit of your growing baby within.

Your baby is encapsulated within your emotional current and it is so important to be able to feel as calm, connected and stress free as possible for yourself and also for the benefit of your babies emotional wellbeing.

You will be supported with a hollowed pregnancy foam pillow to lay face down on your abdomen so that we can access your spinal while healing. Alternatively you can lay on your side for this session.

Spinal flow can assist with pelvic alignment– Why is that important?

Spinal Flow works with the body’s innate intelligence to promote realignment, reducing both conscious and unconscious stress held within the body.

This is especially important during pregnancy, as pelvic alignment plays a crucial role in birth preparation. The pelvis must expand to allow the baby to move through the birth canal, but restrictions—whether structural, muscular, or emotional—can limit this natural process, potentially leading to a longer, more challenging labour.

From 28 weeks of pregnancy, the hormone relaxin helps soften ligaments and prepare the body for birth. However, if the spine and pelvis are misaligned, this softening can cause discomfort and instability rather than ease. Physical tension, postural imbalances, or stored emotional stress can create resistance in the pelvis, and in the birthing journey.

Spinal Flow helps restore alignment and release tension, allowing the pelvis to open as nature intended. By gently working with the spine and nervous system, Spinal Flow clears blockages that may be restricting movement, improving balance, comfort, and overall well-being throughout pregnancy. A well-aligned body also provides the baby with the space needed to assume an optimal position, further supporting an empowering birth experience.

Prioritising pelvic alignment with Spinal Flow is a proactive way to prepare for birth. By addressing restrictions before labor begins, expectant mothers can move through birth with greater ease, trust, and connection to their body’s natural ability to birth.

"I didn't realise how much physical and emotional stress my body was under"

"I've seen Bec for Spinal Flow since I was 20 weeks pregnant and I was having a lot of migraines and lower back pain. I didn't realise how much physical and emotional stress my body was under until i started getting weekly treatments. Going week to week, y headaches and muscle tension in my shoulders and neck reduced so much. I focus on my breathing more and have started meditating which is also helping. I will be continuing Spinal Flow once my baby is earth-side to help with healing and nurturing my body while on the journey of having a second baby. I would recommend Spinal Flow to anyone who is ready. Thanks Bec!"
