To keep things running smoothly and ensure everyone receives the care they need, we now require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.

• For any cancellations outside this 24-hour window, we’re happy to reschedule your appointment for another time that week only.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice without rescheduling, or missed appointments, will be charged in full.
• If you arrive late, you’re welcome to attend for the remainder of your session, but we won’t be able to extend your time.
• If you are late to a group Spinal Flow follow-up appointment, please enter quietly and
respectfully if another client is already in session with Bec.

Suggestion: Arrive a little early and unwind in our beautiful wellness centre before your
appointment it’s a lovely way to start your session feeling relaxed and present.
