What To Expect

Sessions are gentle, supportive and adapted to your stage of pregnancy. You’ll be positioned face down comfortably and safely on belly pillows, allowing your body to relax and receive the work.

This support doesn’t end at birth.

Spinal Flow can also support your recovery and healing postpartum, helping your body restore, reconnect and rebalance.

Our Mum's & Bub's sessions are 1:1 allowing mums to focus on their healing and wellbeing needs. This gentle, supportive session helps release stress and restore balance, promoting postpartum healing. Bec will also see your baby for free, ensuring both mum and bub receive the care they need!
