Appointment & Cancellation Information
To support the flow of the clinic and ensure all clients receive the care they need, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment changes or cancellations.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur the full session fee.
Please arrive a few minutes early where possible so you can settle into the space feeling calm and present before your session.
