Chloe is a passionate Yoga Teacher, Clinical Nutritionist and mum of two, with a deep understanding of pregnancy, birth, motherhood and women’s wellbeing.
She brings a grounded, nurturing approach to her work, supporting women through yoga, clinical nutrition consultations and nourishing retreat experiences. With a love for all things health and wellness, Chloe is passionate about helping women feel more connected, supported and at home in their bodies.
Natalie is a Certified Spinal Flow Practitioner with a deep passion for health, wellbeing and the body’s natural ability to heal.
After experiencing the impact of Spinal Flow in her own healing journey following the 2022 Lismore floods, Nat knew this was a modality she wanted to share with others. Her work is grounded in supporting the body across the physical, emotional, mental and energetic layers of wellbeing.
Nat offers gentle guidance to help clients release stress, restore flow and reconnect with their own innate healing ability, so they can feel more balanced, regulated and at ease within themselves.
Olivia is a Certified Spinal Flow Practitioner with a passion for helping people reconnect with themselves through nervous system healing. Having experienced the benefits of Spinal Flow throughout her own life, she understands how powerful it can be in supporting the body to release stress, restore balance and return to its natural state of wellbeing.
She creates a warm and supportive space where clients feel safe, seen and empowered throughout their healing journey. Olivia loves helping people move from stress and overwhelm to greater ease, connection and vitality.
Outside the clinic, you'll find Olivia by the beach, moving her body, enjoying good food and embracing the simple moments of everyday life. She looks forward to supporting you on your journey to better health and wellbeing.
