Spinal Flow Healing

"The journey to becoming a Spinal Flow Practitioner evolved from the personal need to embark on my own healing journey. To heal old patterns, old ways of being, de-bunk limiting beliefs and step in to a new found love and passion in wellbeing. I can truely understand now that my purpose is to ultimately help people believe that they have everything inside of them to heal."

Bec has been practicing Spinal flow for over 4 years in the Northern Rivers region. With a background in Midwifery, Bec has always helped those she worked with. Now she is dedicated and passionate about helping people improve their health and wellbeing, ultimately helping people heal.

We also offer weekly yoga classes to support overall wellbeing and aid integration.

What is Spinal Flow?

Spinal Flow is a specific technique that facilitates healing via the nervous system. Every human body has an innate ability to restore, alleviate pain, and heal itself. Just as our gut digests food and our hair grows, our bodies know how to heal through the nervous system. The anatomy of the spine and its intimate connection to glands, organs, and tissues throughout the body form the foundation of the Spinal Flow Technique.

The body possesses an innate intelligence that helps us respond to the demands of the world around us. Just as there is a state of equilibrium—where healing, digestion, and wellbeing occur—modern life also brings significant pressure and stress.
