I attended Bec's holistic birthing class with my partner and we both loved it and got so much out of it. He was hesitant going, but then found it really interactive and knowledgeable and realised his role in the birth. It was a very long day, but very worth it. Great to know what the body is naturally designed to do vs all the intervention that's implemented these days. 10/10 recommend Bec, she has a wealth of knowledge and really loves her job and this shows. I've also started seeing her for spinal flow too and have found this very helpful.
